Fatal Judgment

Fatal Judgment by Irene Hannon is a winner! This book reminds me of Dee Henderson’s O’Malley series.

U.S. Marshal Jake Taylor is put on protection detail for federal judge Liz Michaels when her sister is shot while inside Liz’s apartment. He is not happy about the assignment based on information he’d received about her. However, the woman he meets is much different than expected and he suspects he was misinformed.

The romantic tension and suspense in the book propelled me through the story. Both characters are strong and compelling. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in the series which releases this month. I’ve included the link to Fatal Judgment at Amazon below.
