5 Steps to overcome stress
We all face stress on a daily basis and in order to maintain good health it’s important to find effective measures to deal with stress. The following are five semi-easy things to try.
1. Smile
*Smiling does more than you might think. I tried this myself the other night when I was extremely frustrated and it actually worked:)
Check outĀ https://longevity.about.com/od/lifelongbeauty/tp/smiling.htm
2. Take a few minutes out of your day to pamper yourself.
*This could be as simple as taking a walk outside at lunch, or treating yourself to a massage.
3. Eat healthy.
*I know that ice cream looks good, but it’s not going to relieve your stress like a crunchy apple. Don’t believe me, check this out.

4. Exercise
* Need more reasons to exercise? This may surprise you. https://www.mayoclinic.com/health/exercise/HQ01676 good.
5. Sleep
*Yes you do have time for sleep. You’ll be more productive and think more clearly with a good night sleep.
Bonus—Read a good book!
What do you do to beat stress? What’s worked for you and what hasn’t?

Hmm it looks like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely
long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips for inexperienced blog writers? I’d genuinely appreciate it.

Hi Dietas, I’m sorry the site ate your first post. I know how frustrating that can be. Thanks for trying again.
Regarding your question about blogging I think the first thing to do is commit to a set amount of posts per a week and be consistent. This is not my first blog. I believe it’s my fourth, and none of my earlier blogs took off. The next thing is don’t give up–keep at it even if it seems like no one is ever going to notice you put something out there for the world to see.:) Finally offer content that people can use.
I hope you have a very successful blog! Thanks for reading and commenting.
