Recently I was asked for a quote so I scrolled through the files on my computer and ran across this one titled life isn’t a sprint, it’s a journey. When I first saw it, I thought it was an old blog post but when I opened it, I discovered the beginnings of a non-fiction book I started years ago. The topic of taking care of yourself to be the best you can be emotional, physically, and spiritually has apparently been on my heart for many years.
